*If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment with no contact, it will be canceled, no exceptions and a $25 fee will be applied to your next groom. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be assessed a $25 fee for your next groom. If it happens twice, you will not be able to schedule an appointment until fees are paid and a 50% deposit is taken.

Grooming Extras:

Seasonal Packages (items may vary) are an additional $21 added to a grooming package service and cannot stand alone.

Kenneling Fee- If your pet has not been picked up 30 minutes after first call from Prefurred Grooming, you will be charged an extra $15
